Meditation is my Medication

photo-51  It seems that every time I write the word, “meditation,” I spell the word, “medication.” I started noticing how often this was happening and began to think about these two words.

Spending time meditating daily feels really good! It’s a time to listen to that still small voice from within and to be very focused on being in this space, in a place of gratitude for all the abundance that is in my life.

When I finish meditating, I feel extremely well and grateful, like a beautiful flower that has just opened up and is taking in all the beauty that is everywhere. I am well, I am whole, I am happy…. so for me, meditation is my medication….

With much love, Alice

About I am Alice

If anyone would have asked me three years ago if I had ever considered writing books, I would have promptly answered, "No." Today, it is a very natural feeling to write. I suppose since I enjoy talking so much, and I mean a lot, it should not have surprised me! I love communicating through writing as I feel completely united with my soul and my thoughts flow, often times as well as tears as I am altogether emerged in that feeling, in that moment. Check out the "About Alice" page to find out why I titled this site, "I am Alice" and why, "It Feels Good To Be ME."
