We Are One

This picture is so beautiful to me. Look at how many people came together to form the shape of a heart. Take a moment and really look at this picture. It’s a visual of how connected we truly are. We are one.

“We are one in the spirit, we are one with the Lord, and we pray that our unity will one day be restored.” As I typed the title for this post, these lyrics popped into my mind. It’s part of a hymn that many churches sing.

We are one with God. For true harmony and freedom, we must find our way back to unity with one another. You and I came from love, and when we transition over, we go back to where we originally came from… LOVE!

Get into the habit of taking this position with everyone: “There is only the ‘I Am’ Presence appearing there in that individual.” In doing so, you will see each person as the spiritual being they are. This is God in Action in you. It’s a wonder-full way to deliver harmony and unity with one another.

With each breath you breathe, the inhale, the exhale,  it’s God in Action in you. The proficiency in which you can express your thoughts and your feelings is God acting in you.

Think about this for a moment. When you raise your arm up into the air, the life that is flowing through your nervous system of your outer being is God in Action in your body, through your consciousness.

When I lived in France, I would take mindful walks through the parks in the little village I lived in. With each step I took, I felt God’s presence in all things. The grass that I walked on, the crunching sound of the leaves when I stepped on them, the wind as it blew through my hair. Every time I practiced mindful walking, I cried. It touched me so much to be so aware and tuned into the magnificence of all that was around me.

Today, I realize that those moments were even more than that. They were God in Action in me. It was God’s Intelligence and Power by which I walked and in His Intelligence by which I would know where ‘I Am’ going. With this new revelation, I see that every move I make is God in Action.

Become mindful of God in Action in you. Tune in and acknowledge the simplest things that you take for granted, the daily tasks you do without thinking about them, and remember it is God’s Intelligence and Power in you- God in Action in you.
