One of the most cherished moments I enjoy is relaxing into the space of meditation. To still your thoughts, your breathing, down to a slow concentrated state. It’s magical.
It is in this place where you can hear your inner voice speaking to you. It’s the space where every answer you seek, you will find. You are completely connected to God within and the feeling is quite rapturous.
It takes some practice as you train your mind, your body, and your thoughts to take a break for a while; yet it is essential to your well-being.
I start out with slow deep breaths in, and slow deep breaths out. With each breath I instruct my entire being to cease all thoughts as I open the internal gateway to pure peacefulness and enlightenment. This is my time to connect on an enchanted plane with source energy. It doesn’t take long until you have entered into the divine space of meditation.
I encourage you to set aside some time every day to enter into a meditative state because the quieter you become, the more you can hear. With a desire to live in harmony, peace, and poise, living in alignment with the divine, listening to your inner voice is vital.
