Think Deliberately…

When you think deliberately, you will live deliberately. Intentionally allowing only those thoughts to take root in your mind takes dedication to how you think. You must train your mind to only allow in what you desire in life, what makes you happy, what makes you feel good.

Yes, it takes a little time to retrain your thought process to one which is extraordinarily careful as to what you accept into your consciousness. However, remaining steadfast will benefit you immensely. You are training your thoughts, your mind, as you cultivate what will manifest into undreamed-of freedom and joy. You can achieve this ability by deliberate conscious discipline over your thoughts. You’re developing a technique that will serve you very well.

Neville Goddard calls this the law of assumption. “The assumption of the feeling of the wish fulfilled makes the future dream a present fact.” I have been training my thoughts in this manner, and when you are dedicated to entertain only those thoughts which deliver you joy and happiness, it feels so good and resonates so well with your soul, you find that you have a great desire to remain faithful to your goal.

Every evening before I fall asleep, I get into the zone. What I mean is, I image myself already where I want to be. What it’s like and how it feels to be there. I assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. I get as specific as I possibly can. This is the last thought I have before I fall asleep.

When I wake up the next morning, I do the same thing before I get out of bed. Then throughout the day, when a thought enters into my mind that doesn’t resonate with what I’m nurturing, I am so tuned in that I immediately release that thought, within a second or two, and replace it with one that joins what is already in my imagination.

To think deliberately, to have a controlled imagination, is the miraculous secret to manifesting.

With much love,

Alice

About I am Alice

If anyone would have asked me three years ago if I had ever considered writing books, I would have promptly answered, "No." Today, it is a very natural feeling to write. I suppose since I enjoy talking so much, and I mean a lot, it should not have surprised me! I love communicating through writing as I feel completely united with my soul and my thoughts flow, often times as well as tears as I am altogether emerged in that feeling, in that moment. Check out the "About Alice" page to find out why I titled this site, "I am Alice" and why, "It Feels Good To Be ME."
