Take Control of Your Thoughts…

Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “You become what you think about all day long.”

You have control over your own thoughts. The way to bring about what you want to see in your life is to cease allowing the negative thoughts to occupy space in your mind . It’s a matter of training yourself to be alert/aware at all times of the thoughts that flow in and out of this space.

Here’s what I do and it has helped me to kick out those negative thoughts much faster which allows me to focus on the positives that I  want to place my attention on. I mean it’s like snapping my fingers. Poof… the negative thought/feeling is gone.

I pray this prayer every morning before my feet ever touch the ground and throughout the day as this keeps me in tune with what I want to manifest and how I desire to feel all day long.

“Whenever my mind strays away from that which is pleasant and productive, I will immediately bring my thoughts back to the reflection of that which unites happiness and harmony to my soul. I AM a spiritual magnet and I AM a mental magnet attracting an over-flowing of divine abundance into my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Amen.”

I encourage you to meditate and think upon these words I just shared with you. They are so powerful and filled with great truth. If you genuinely desire peace and happiness in your life, commit to taking control over your thoughts. Immediately release the negative thoughts that enter your mind because each second that you allow any thought to dwell in this space, you are breathing life into it.

You will always, always know if a certain thought is one you should hold onto or drop like a hot potato simply by how it makes you feel. Trust your feelings, they are your internal navigational system, your direct connection to your soul.

Heart to Heart…

People want to be and feel loved. Peace, calmness, harmony, and love is your natural state of being.

I’ve found that when I step out in faith and make the first move toward sharing my heart with someone, they are more willing to share their heart. It’s beautiful when people open up and reveal their true/authentic self. It feels so good and you truly shine inside/out. Yes, connecting to the soul of another heart is a lovely gift we give to one another.

I encourage you to begin today, sharing more of your highest self with others. Let your heart show through in everything that you do. It does come back to you in great abundance.

The Greatest Gift You’ve Received…

Your imagination is the greatest gift you have been given. Just think about it; Absolutely everything that now exists was at one time imagined. That is very cool!

Remember as a child playing and imagining all sorts of fun things? As a young child, you and I were very connected to this space within ourselves, the imagination. It was easy to think up all kinds of things and believed that anything was possible. It was a natural feeling, a natural state of being.

You and I still use our imagination today as grown-ups, it’s just that most people have shifted to using this beautiful gift in a way that it was not intended. You see, whatever you place into your imagination and keep as thought, will eventually become your reality.

Albert Einstein said: “Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”

What are you wanting to attract into your life? The imagination is the starting point of creating what you want. It is never too late to make this change in your life. You get to choose what you allow into this very special place.

Start today, make the choice to imagine life the way you would like it to be. Connect to how it feels to be living this idea that you have, this thought that you desire to become your reality. Focus on it, nurture it, grow it and protect it. This is YOUR imagination, your sacred place within you.

I previously mentioned that my husband and I started a new business last year. Watching my husband create parts for a particular product, filling the needs that many people had is amazing! Each product he makes is new. These parts had never been designed or produced before. He has tapped into his imagination and it’s so beautiful and uplifting to witness just how many ideas he comes up with. The imagination is truly the greatest gift we have received.

I encourage you to spend time meditating upon what you would like to create/bring to fruition from this beautiful space. Everyone has a special talent, a special gift that you’ve been created with. Connect to it and bring it into reality.

A New Season…

As you welcome the gift that a new season offers, it’s a wonderful time to look within and reflect; to let go and free yourself from any person, any situation, or anything that no longer serves your higher good. You and I are continually growing, evolving, and as you expand spiritually, there may be times that it is necessary to detach from certain conditions.

As with the different seasons, they come and they go. With a great love for who you are, and your desire to live from within, connected to your highest self, God, embrace the new season. One that overflows with a steadfast purpose to choose each day, throughout the day to keep your intent on your thoughts being good and constructive.

When you place your intention on these things, whenever your mind begins to wander, you are able to quickly shift your thoughts back to feeling good, happy and joyful; centered once again.

Take some time this week and meditate on what possible changes are necessary for your advancement of your spiritual enlightenment.

Majestic Sunrise

This was our glorious sunrise on October 11, 2015. I was in my office and noticed as I looked out the window that the sky was this amazing color. One that I hadn’t seen for a long time, if ever. I was drawn to it. I took my camera, went outside and captured the sunrise in different stages. It was mesmerizing.

The colors were so vibrant it looks like the bush in our front yard is on fire.

This was a spectacular occurrence indeed. I believe it was divinely orchestrated and so grand on this particular day to communicate that we still connect to our loved ones who have transitioned over from this life. We just communicate in a different way. One year ago on October 11th, my daughter’s Father made that transition from his physical life to his eternal life. Without a doubt I am convinced that he was connecting and sending love to those whom he loved and loved him.

Awareness is key as you tune into the wonders and miracles that are all around you every day. Great joy floods your entire being when you connect to these miraculous gifts that are yours by divine design.

A Brand New Day

It’s been a while since I’ve written on my blog site. You may have been wondering… What happened to Alice and where did she go? Well, a lot has happened this year and I am thankful for the changes that have taken place. For Gary and myself, it’s a brand new day.

We have moved back to Texas, started a new business together, and currently living at a  lovely lake in Texas. This is why you haven’t heard from me before now.

I am very excited to get back into writing on my blog site and I’m in the beginning stages of writing a new book. I’ve missed writing and I’ve missed interacting with YOU!

Through these last few months, I’ve grown so much spiritually through this journey and I am excited to share these new found awakenings with you. It’s a delightful time for Gary and Alice. We are so blessed and grateful for each new day, and embrace life to the fullest.

Living on the lake is a gift we treasure daily. Watching the ducks, the geese, the birds, the herons, and the squirrels brings such happiness into our hearts every day. Nature is so beautiful and each day we watch with awe and wonder at the beauty of God’s creations.

Remain Faithful to Your Goal…

There are a lot of people who don’t get to experience the wealth and financial success they desire because they pray in two different ways. One way is when you affirm that God is your supply, and you are divinely prospered. The second way is when just a few minutes later you deny your first prayer by saying things like,”I can’t pay this bill,” “I can’t afford this,” or something like, “I cannot ever make ends meet.” All statements like these are extremely destructive and they neutralize your positive prayers.

Remember in the prayer process to remain loyal to your goal, your objective, your purpose. It’s of utmost importance that you remain faithful to your knowledge of the spiritual power. You must stop all negative thoughts, fears, and worries. The moment these feelings come, meet them with the positive, firm, and loyal conviction: “God supplies all my needs; there is always a Divine surplus in my life.”

“Prayer is like a captain directing the course of his ship. You must have a destination. You must know where you are going. (The captain of the ship, knowing the laws of navigation, regulates his course accordingly.) If the ship is turned from its course by storms or unruly waves, he calmly redirects it along its true course.

You are the captain on the bridge, and you are giving the orders in the way of thoughts, feelings, opinions, beliefs, moods, and mental tones. Keep your eye on the goal. You go where your vision is! Cease therefore, looking at all the obstacles, delays, and impediments that would cause you to go off your course.” An excerpt from The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.

Stay on course. Remain steadfast and positive. Be clear on where you are going and remember that your mental outlook is the ship that will guide you from the feeling of lack and limitation to the feeling of abundance and opulence.

Forever Young In Spirit…

photo-1063  Your subconscious mind is enduring and eternal. It’s a part of the universal mind of God which was never born, and it will never die. As we mature, age is not implied on any spiritual quality or power. Patience, humility, good will, kindness, peace, harmony, and brotherly love are attributes and lovely qualities that are ageless and timeless. Continually create these qualities right now where you are in life, and you will always remain forever young in spirit.

Age is the dawn of wisdom. I’m learning that wisdom is an awareness, an enlightenment of the marvelous spiritual powers that are in your subconscious mind and the knowledge of how to apply these powers, will lead you to a full and happy life.

Starting today, regardless of your current age, release any notion you may have previously had regarding any age that would represent “old” for you or for anyone else. It can easily be the beginning of a wonderful, active, abundant life pattern. It can be better than you have ever experienced. This is a time when you can feel more alive than ever before. Believe it, expect it, and your subconscious mind will cause it to happen.

You and I are alive and we are here to express life, love, in all its beauty and glory. Embrace each day and each new phase of life. It signifies you are moving higher on the path of life which has no end.

You are as young as you think you are, as strong as you think you are, and as useful as you think you are. You are as young as your thoughts… Be cognizant of what you are thinking at all times.

Make it a Habit to be Happy…

photo-1045 I’ve been reading an incredible book by Joseph Murphy titled The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. I encourage you to read it if you haven’t already. It’s also available as an audio book on YouTube.

I wanted to share a beautiful prayer from this book on how to choose happiness. Before you get out of bed each morning, when you open your eyes, say to yourself:

“Divine order takes charge of my life today and every day. All things work together for good for me today. This a new and wonderful day for me. There will never be another day like this one. I am divinely guided all day long, and whatever I do will prosper. Divine love surrounds me, enfolds me, and enwraps me, and I go forth in peace.

Whenever my attention wanders away from that which is good and constructive, I will immediately bring it back to the contemplation of that which is lovely and of good rapport. I am a spiritual and mental magnet attracting to myself all things which bless and prosper me. I am going to be a wonderful success in all my undertakings today. I am definitely going to be happy all day long.”

This is a most beautiful way to begin each day. It is important to be fully aware that the world you live in is determined largely by what goes on in your mind, and that you are the only thinker in your universe.

Make it a habit to be happy. The thoughts you consistently permit into your mind have the tendency to manifest themselves in physical conditions. Again and again, remind yourself that you can experience nothing outside of your own way of thinking.

Your key to happiness is in your thoughts and feelings. “Happiness is a mental and spiritual state. Your strength, joy, and happiness consist in finding out the law of divine order and right action lodged in your subconscious mind and by applying these principles in all phases of your life.” ~An excerpt from the book.

Always keep in the forefront of your thoughts that peace, harmony, and tranquility govern your thoughts at all times.

Start today…Make it a habit to be happy!
