Today is a special day because my daughter, Jayna is flying into Paris to spend two weeks with us! We are very excited! (Except for the hair color….do you see the resemblance?)
Wishing you a day filled with lots and lots of love!

This is the title of a quote book that I am working on. I LOVE quotes as millions of other people do as well. I believe one of the reasons we are drawn to them is that quotes offer us hope, encouragement, joy and an overall sense of feeling connected with our true self. It’s pleasing to our soul.
I enjoy quotes so much that I have a Facebook page dedicated to sharing with my friends and followers quotes that speak to my heart. I am drawn to quotes that add to the development of my inner self. With my belief that we are all connected, this common vein that flows through each of us yearns for peace and happiness from within. I think this is why we are attracted to quotes and look forward to reading them. They resonate well with our highest self.
With a strong desire to stay aligned with our source and to live from our highest self, quotes aid in maintaining this intention. Often times when I read a quote I feel as though it was written just for me!
What I’ve come to know is living from your highest self in agreement with God you view the world and everything differently. That’s what quotes offer us; the opportunity to nurture our soul through the wisdom of others.
I’d like to share a few quotes that I hold dear to my heart.
“There is a road from the eye to the heart that does not go through the intellect.” ~G.K. Chesterton
“It costs nothing to dream and everything not to.” ~Rodney White
“Today, decide not to speak negatively about yourself. When you criticize yourself, you are criticizing God’s very own creation.” ~Joel Osteen
I look forward to hearing from you. Please share some quotes you hold dear to your heart.
With much love,
Alice

Love those titanium exhausts.
I absolutely love vision boards. Do you have a vision board? I heard Oprah once say that she had several vision boards. I really like them because as you are creating your board, you are getting into the essence of what it “feels” like to have the picture you are placing onto your board. You are planting a seed that will manifest as you focus your feelings, your thoughts and your ideas on cultivating them.
Vision boards are a “visual” reminder of what we desire to bring to fruition. Earlier this month I wrote a blog post titled, “Your Birthright,” and it IS your birthright to have great abundance in your life. When you live from this place, you are aligned with your source, teamed up in like-mindedness, and the result is manifestation.
The first book I wrote is titled, “Law of Attraction, Live it- Own it- Achieve it.” I truly believe when you place your intention on how it feels to have already manifested what you are thinking about and focused on, the universe orchestrates to bring it into existence. This becomes your reality.
You must believe that you can achieve anything that you set your intention on. This is a part of the legacy you have received through your birthright. “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” ~Napoleon Hill
What is on your vision board? What has come to fruition on your board? If you don’t currently have a vision board you may want to consider creating one. Share your vision with us.
With much love,
Alice
“Let us always meet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.” This is one of many quotes from the beloved Mother Teresa. This lady was an amazing example of how to love. She lived her life genuinely loving from the inside out.
There are many ways to convey love one to another. It’s as simple as sharing a smile, as Mother Teresa said. Give a friendly nod, give someone a compliment, be attentive to others as they share a story, be a sounding board for a friend. Acts of kindness are a reflection of love.
Stay mindful to see how you can help someone who is in need and continually be willing to jump in and give a small piece of your time. What the person you’re helping sees, is love. This is the kind of love Mother Teresa displayed.
On a spiritual level we are united as one through God’s love. See yourself in others as we are a mirror image of one another. What do you see when you look in the mirror? When you look in the mirror, remember that who you see looking back at you is a piece of your highest self, the Divine.
Mother Teresa said, “I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world.” It’s my utmost belief that when we all come together with open hearts, minds and arms, welcoming one another with empathy, looking into one another’s eyes, we will make contact from one soul to another. We will see and be love; unconditional love, the way God sees us. After all, God is love and “All You Need Is Love.”
I am thankful for the prodigious symbol of love that Mother Teresa showed all of us. “Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand.” ~Our beloved Mother Teresa

Alice
Do you realize that with each choice you and I make, we are writing the story of our life? This is powerful! It’s my belief once we grasp this truth and claim it, the chapters that follow this revelation will be written quite differently.
One day I had the epiphany that every one of us is an author, the author of our life. Every decision we choose to make effects the story that we are writing. It is of utmost importance that we keep in the forefront of our thoughts the power that our choices have in our lives. The words that we speak become the words written on the pages in the book we are writing. We’ve heard the phrase, “What you focus on is what will show up in your life,” and this is an absolute truth.
Do you like the story of your life? If so, continue writing your story. If you want to make changes so the next chapters read differently, I encourage you to do so. Esther Hicks said, “You have to tell a different story: To live deliberately you have to think deliberately.” She also said, “I’m the attractor of my every experience. There’s no end to the expansion of your new desires.”
In my book, “Finding Inner Peace,” I share that your life is a blank stage and YOU can choose the story line, the scenery, the lighting and YOU get to choose who is invited to see this play that is called YOUR LIFE. This play is the book you are writing about your life.
It is NEVER too late to change the next chapters that are yet to be written in your life. Write the story of your life that leaves you looking forward to encore performances!
With much love,
Alice
