Mother Teresa

“Let us always meet each other with a smile, for the smile is the beginning of love.”  This is one of many quotes from the beloved Mother Teresa.  This lady was an amazing example of how to love.  She lived her life genuinely loving from the inside out.

There are many ways to convey love one to another.  It’s as simple as sharing a smile, as Mother Teresa said.  Give a friendly nod, give someone a compliment, be attentive to others as they share a story, be a sounding board for a friend.  Acts of kindness are a reflection of love.

Stay mindful to see how you can help someone who is in need and continually be willing to jump in and give a small piece of your time.  What the person you’re helping sees, is love.  This is the kind of love Mother Teresa displayed.

On a spiritual level we are united as one through God’s love.  See yourself in others as we are a mirror image of one another.  What do you see when you look in the mirror?  When you look in the mirror, remember that who you see looking back at you is a piece of your highest self, the Divine.

Mother Teresa said, “I am a little pencil in the hand of a writing God who is sending a love letter to the world.”  It’s my utmost belief that when we all come together with open hearts, minds and arms, welcoming one another with empathy, looking into one another’s eyes, we will make contact from one soul to another.  We will see and be love; unconditional love, the way God sees us.  After all, God is love and “All You Need Is Love.”

I am thankful for the prodigious symbol of love that Mother Teresa showed all of us.  “Love is a fruit in season at all times, and within reach of every hand.”  ~Our beloved Mother Teresa

With much love,

About I am Alice

If anyone would have asked me three years ago if I had ever considered writing books, I would have promptly answered, "No." Today, it is a very natural feeling to write. I suppose since I enjoy talking so much, and I mean a lot, it should not have surprised me! I love communicating through writing as I feel completely united with my soul and my thoughts flow, often times as well as tears as I am altogether emerged in that feeling, in that moment. Check out the "About Alice" page to find out why I titled this site, "I am Alice" and why, "It Feels Good To Be ME."
