Being aware and tuned into the little things that are often times overlooked because we find ourselves too busy to notice them, let alone acknowledge them, is when everything seems to be a little sweeter.
Living with a “let it be” awareness changes your life. Once I became attentive to living every day with this shift in my attitude, I found that life became more of an ebb and flow rather than the highs and lows that I had been accustomed to.
