How often do you forget how special you really are? It’s so easy to get caught up in the day in and day out regimen of life. It is of utmost importance that you take time every day to honor and love who you are. You do this by giving yourself time to meditate. It’s how you stay connected to how beautiful and powerful you are. Also it opens up the heart space to honor and love others. Maintaining your connection with your source keeps you plugged into the awareness of living life mindfully.
Lately, I feel as though each day I find myself busier and busier and not taking the necessary time that I need and deserve to stay in the space of honoring and loving who I am. I’m realizing that the effects of not setting my priorities in such a way where this is the first thing I do each morning is taking a huge toll on how I feel.
I’ve made myself a promise, and it is to start each day in meditation, honoring and loving who I am right where I am in life. Loving ME. This sets up the day with a spiritual awareness that greatly impacts my mental, physical and spiritual well-being on a super positive vibrational level.
