Go with the flow… That’s the life lesson I am always being reminded of. When I graduated from high school back in 1979, a very dear friend wrote in a book he gave me, and part of what he said I have never forgotten. He wrote, “The only consistent thing in life is change.”

As I travel on this pilgrimage through life, I am very aware that change is inevitable. You can fight it or embrace it, whatever choice you make, change will occur. If you will focus your energy on building the new, you will be much happier and much more at peace with change.

My challenge to you is to expand your heart space to welcome change through the eyes of a child… Being filled with wonder and excitement about each change that comes along your path on this journey called life.

May your eyes and your heart always look for the wonder-full changes that are taking place in your life as you simply go with the flow of change.
