Tower of Bonvouloir

HAPPY SUNDAY TO YOU!  I wanted to share the legend of this tower with you.  It’s a cute story…
This is the Tower of Bonvouloir, which is located only 7km from our little village of Bagnoles. The legend is that the master of La Tour de Bonvouloir was married to a young woman & unable to produce an heir. The master bathed in the waters at Bagnoles de l’Orne. Sometime afterwards his wife presented him with a son. He built the tower in gratitude for the return of his youth & vigour.
Don’t worry….. We take showers!!!!
