Everyone wants change and yet it seems that not everyone is willing to take the first step towards it. The first step is to go inward, within yourself, and make the changes you desire. We are the ones who complicate life. I believe life is meant to be lived with a gentle ebb and flow; with ease and grace, peace, harmony, and poise. How can we live this life you ask?
