From one soul to another, love is the foundation from which all things flow. That’s how you and I have been created. When you live from your heart space, you live authentically. You notice that things in your life begin to come together with a gentle ebb and flow, with ease and grace.

When you feel good, joyful, happy, grateful and thankful, it’s such a wonder-full euphoric feeling that you want to embrace all the time. It’s the best feeling! Ever wonder why that is? It’s because you are living in harmony with your source for all things, God.

As you become aware of how you feel, tuning into the feeling that brings you pure joy, you will quickly desire to have this feeling all the time. You start training your mind, your thoughts, to take action in keeping yourself united with the Divine. This is a technique that will serve you well.

I yearn for the feeling of harmony, peace and poise in my life. To protect my feelings and thoughts, I’ve implemented this technique so that when a thought tries to enter into my mind, I immediately speak these words out loud: “No admittance!” I am amazed how beautifully this works! The thought is gone. Poof! Just like that.

This is one of many techniques I implemented in 2015, and it has greatly changed my life for the better. It’s so wonderful when you begin to claim the birthright you’ve been given and claim your legacy. God has given each one of us this gift.
