In the Quiet…

361 of quote  Have you ever noticed when people are experiencing difficulty in their life how they tend to tell everyone who will listen to them about their problem? Maybe you’ve even done this. In the past, I certainly have been this person.

I am so grateful today for the enlightenment I’ve experienced in my own life. I’ve learned that instead of talking about what I don’t like about a situation that I’m going through, I get quiet, I meditate and seek the answer I’m searching for from within.

When you are quiet, you can hear that still, small voice speaking to you and guiding you to the right decision for you, and you know it because you immediately feel better. Another benefit of turning within is it allows you to shift back into feeling positive about your life and the experience for which you are going through offers the opportunity to grow and expand.

You will move through difficult situations much faster if you search from within for your solution. Also, you aren’t building momentum on something that you do not want in your life. Instead, you are placing your intention on what you do desire, AND the decision you make will be the right one for you. Only you know what is right for you, and no one else can make that decision. Trust that inner feeling, that gut instinct, for it will never lead you astray.

With much love,

Alice

About I am Alice

If anyone would have asked me three years ago if I had ever considered writing books, I would have promptly answered, "No." Today, it is a very natural feeling to write. I suppose since I enjoy talking so much, and I mean a lot, it should not have surprised me! I love communicating through writing as I feel completely united with my soul and my thoughts flow, often times as well as tears as I am altogether emerged in that feeling, in that moment. Check out the "About Alice" page to find out why I titled this site, "I am Alice" and why, "It Feels Good To Be ME."
